The Promise of Parenting is that God uses parenting as a unique and powerful means through which to know and grow His Love. We often face our greatest challenges in parenting. It is by working through these challenges that we are able to encounter God's love and bring it to others, especially those who are waiting for it from us the most, our children.

Past experiences that influence our present-day challenges, affecting how we are able to show up and express ourselves, when worked through and processed, are an extremely powerful means of connecting with God's love and hope and bringing us renewed life.

Welcome to the Promise of Parenting.

About Me

I am a Conscious Parenting Coach and holistic nutritionist that works to get to the bottom of what is coming between us and connecting more meaningfully with our kids and living a more healthy and happy life. I know the struggle of working against physical and mental health challenges while just wanting to feel better and have a happy family life. I know firsthand change is possible. There are no perfect parents or people, there is only the journey towards a more abundant life and the compassion, presence, patience, and confidence that brings. I enjoy homeschooling my daughter in sunny Arizona and taking care of our three dogs, two bunnies, and aquatic snail. I served four years active duty and spent another four years as a military wife so I am also happy to serve the military community.
