Coaching Services
When your nervous system is overwhelmed or activated, knowing how you want to respond isn't always enough. You may understand what you want to do, but find yourself reacting before you have a chance to choose your response. This can show up in parenting, relationships, habits, emotional reactions, and the way you care for yourself.
My work is centered on Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system regulation, attachment patterns (DARe-Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiences), conscious parenting, and holistic nutrition.
Together, we can become curious about what's happening beneath the surface—understanding the patterns, emotions, and protective responses that may be keeping you stuck and creating more space for regulation, connection, and choice.
IFS-Informed Coaching
Internal Family Systems (IFS) provides a compassionate framework for understanding the different parts of ourselves and what happens when those parts become activated.
When your nervous system feels threatened, overwhelmed, or stressed, you may find yourself moving into familiar patterns of reacting, protecting, avoiding, controlling, shutting down, or becoming overwhelmed.
IFS gives us a way to slow down and become curious about what is happening inside.
Rather than fighting against the parts of yourself you don't like, we can explore:
what happens when your nervous system becomes activated
the parts of you that react in stressful situations
emotions that feel difficult or overwhelming
patterns you've tried to change but keep returning to
responses that seem automatic or out of proportion to the situation
past experiences that may still influence how you respond today
relationship patterns and difficulties with connection
habits or behaviors you want to understand more deeply
what helps you feel more grounded, connected, and able to choose your response
IFS-informed coaching can help you develop greater self-understanding and compassion while creating more space between an emotional trigger and your response.
IFS-Informed Conscious Parenting Coaching
Parenting can activate your nervous system in powerful ways.
When your child is upset, defiant, demanding, dysregulated, or simply doing something that pushes one of your buttons, your own nervous system may become activated too. In those moments, it can be difficult to access the calm, patience, and connection you know you want to bring to your parenting.
This is where IFS and conscious parenting come together.
Conscious parenting invites you to become more aware of how your internal experience affects the way you relate to your child, while IFS is a powerful means to work through those internal experiences. Rather than focusing only on changing your child's behavior or learning another parenting technique, we can become curious about what happens within you when parenting gets hard.
Together, we can explore:
the parts of you that become activated by your child's behavior
parenting triggers and strong emotional reactions
what happens in your nervous system when you feel overwhelmed
patterns you learned in your own childhood
the difference between responding intentionally and reacting automatically
how to stay connected when both you and your child are having a hard time
ways to support greater regulation, patience, and presence
parenting patterns you don't want to pass on
how to bring more compassion and connection into your relationship with your child
Conscious parenting doesn't mean staying perfectly calm or regulated all the time. It's about developing greater awareness of what's happening within you, understanding your patterns with compassion, and creating more freedom to choose how you respond. The goal isn't perfect parenting. It's a more connected relationship with yourself and your child—and greater capacity to respond from that connection.
Holistic Nutrition Coaching
Eating well isn't always as simple as knowing what foods are healthy.
You may know what you want to eat, but stress, emotions, habits, cravings, routines, and nervous-system activation can make it difficult to follow through.
That's why my approach to holistic nutrition looks at the whole person, not just the food on your plate.
As a holistic nutritionist, I can help you explore what your body needs while also becoming curious about the patterns that may be making healthy choices difficult. We can look at how stress and nervous-system dysregulation may influence your eating, energy, self-care, and daily habits—and what might help you create more supportive patterns.
Together, we can explore:
emotional and habitual eating patterns
cravings and the patterns behind them
how stress affects your eating and self-care
habits that feel difficult to change
creating nourishing, realistic routines
foods and nutrients that support your overall well-being
healthier eating patterns for yourself and your family
ways to make healthy choices feel more sustainable
The goal isn't perfection or a rigid set of food rules. It's about developing a healthier relationship with food and your body while understanding the deeper patterns that influence how you care for yourself.
